Bookroid プライバシーポリシー
Bookroid（以下「本アプリ」）は、スマートフォンを一冊の本として読み直すための Android ランチャーです。本アプリは、収集を最小限にとどめ、集めたものは原則として端末の外に出さない方針で設計されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが何をどう扱うかを正確に説明するものです。
1. 本アプリが端末内で扱う情報
以下はすべて端末内でのみ扱われ、当社のサーバーには送信されません。当社は以下の情報を受け取りません。

2. しおりに何が残るか
しおりは、あなたが明示的に渡した文章だけを受け取ります。
- 読んでいる文章を選択し、選択メニューの「しおり」を押す（全選択も可）
- または共有メニューから「しおり」へ送る
いずれの場合も、渡された本文は端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。浮遊する「しおり」を長押しした場合は、時刻とその時のアプリ名だけが残ります（本文は残りません）。
本アプリは Android のユーザー補助サービス（Accessibility Service）を使用しません。他のアプリの画面内容を読み取る機能はありません。
3. 端末の外に出る通信について
本アプリは解析SDK・広告SDKを一切含みませんが、以下の場合にはあなたの操作にもとづき通信が発生します。この通信の内容は当社を経由せず、当社は内容を受け取りません。
web検索・本文リーダー
目次の「ブラウザ検索」章で言葉を入力すると、その検索語は Google 検索に送信されます。検索結果から開いたページの閲覧は、そのウェブサイトへの通常の通信です。これらには Google および各ウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
アプリ内購入
本アプリの購入手続きは Google Play 課金システムが行います。決済情報は Google が扱い、本アプリはクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取りません。本アプリが受け取るのは購入が成立したかどうかの状態のみです。
4. 第三者への提供
本アプリは、あなたの情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。当社のサーバーは存在せず、上記以外の外部送信は行いません。
5. 子どもの利用
本アプリは特に子どもを対象とした設計ではなく、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
6. バックアップ
Android の自動バックアップに含まれるのは、購入した頁の残高（蔵書）だけです。機種変更や再インストールで買った頁が消えないようにするためのもので、同じ Google アカウントに紐づけて Google が保管します。
しおりに残した文章・通知・カレンダー・写真・設定はバックアップに含めません。あなたが読んでいたものが端末の外に出ないことを優先しています。
7. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールすると、本アプリが端末内に保存したデータはすべて削除されます。個別の削除は、Android の設定からアプリのデータを消去することでも行えます。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更した場合、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更はアプリ内でもお知らせします。
9. EU・EEA・英国にお住まいの方へ（GDPR / UK GDPR）
前提として、本アプリには当社のサーバーがありません。当社（Caravan Village Incorporated）は、あなたの個人データを受け取らず、保管もしません。第1節の情報はすべてあなたの端末の中だけで扱われます。

処理の法的根拠
- 契約の履行（GDPR 第6条1項(b)） — アプリ一覧の表示、頁予算の計算、しおりや設定の保存など、あなたが求めた機能そのものを提供するための端末内処理。
- 同意（同項(a)） — 通知・カレンダー・写真・利用状況・重ねて表示の各アクセス。いずれも Android の権限としてあなたが個別に許可した場合にのみ働き、端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。取り消しても、それまでの利用が違法になることはありません。
保存期間
端末内のみに保存され、当社側の保存期間は存在しません。アンインストール、または Android の設定からアプリのデータを消去した時点ですべて削除されます。
あなたの権利
アクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・データポータビリティ・異議申立の各権利があります。当社はあなたのデータを保有していないため、これらはすべてあなた自身が端末上で直接行使できます（設定 → アプリ → Bookroid → ストレージ → データを削除）。ご不明な点は info@cavi.world へ。
EU 域外への移転
当社への移転はありません。ただし第3節のとおり、あなたの操作にもとづき次の通信が Google に対して発生します。いずれも Google が自らの責任において扱い、Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- 「ブラウザ検索」に入力した語 → Google 検索
- アプリ内購入 → Google Play 課金
- 購入した頁の残高 → Android 自動バックアップ（第6節）
監督機関への苦情
EU・EEA にお住まいの方は、お住まいの国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。英国にお住まいの方は Information Commissioner's Office（ICO）へ申し立てられます。
自動化された意思決定
本アプリは、プロファイリングを含む自動化された意思決定を行いません。

Bookroid Privacy Policy
Bookroid is an Android launcher that reopens your phone as a single book. It is designed to collect as little as possible, and to keep what it does collect on your device. This policy describes exactly what the app handles and how.
1. Information handled on your device
All of the following stays on your device. None of it is sent to our servers — we do not receive it.

2. What a bookmark keeps
A bookmark only ever receives text you hand over explicitly:
- select the passage you are reading (select-all is fine) and choose "Bookmarks" from the selection menu, or
- share it to Bookroid from the share sheet.
Either way the passage is stored only on your device and is never transmitted. Long-pressing the floating ribbon keeps only the time and the app's name — no text.
Bookroid does not use Android's Accessibility Service. It has no ability to read the contents of other apps' screens.
3. Traffic that leaves your device
Bookroid contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. Network traffic occurs only as a direct result of your actions, does not pass through us, and its contents are not received by us.
Web search and in-book reader
Words you type into the "Browser search" chapter are sent to Google Search. Opening a result is ordinary traffic to that website. Google's and each site's own privacy policies apply.
In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details; the app never receives your card or payment information — only whether a purchase succeeded.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. We operate no server for this app, and no transmission occurs beyond what is described above.
5. Children
Bookroid is not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
6. Backup
The only thing included in Android's automatic backup is your balance of purchased pages, so that pages you paid for survive a reinstall or a new phone. Google stores it against your Google account.
Bookmarked text, notifications, calendar, photos and settings are excluded from backup. Keeping what you were reading on your own device takes priority.
7. Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on your device. You can also clear the app's data from Android settings.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Significant changes are also announced in the app.
9. If you are in the EU, EEA or the UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Bookroid has no server of ours. Caravan Village Incorporated neither receives nor stores your personal data. Everything in section 1 is handled solely on your own device.

Legal bases
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — on-device processing that delivers the very features you asked for: listing your apps, computing the page budget, keeping bookmarks and settings.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — access to notifications, calendar, photos, usage statistics and drawing over other apps. Each works only if you granted the corresponding Android permission, and each can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Retention
Data lives on your device only; we hold no copy and therefore have no retention period. Everything is erased when you uninstall the app or clear its data from Android settings.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because we hold none of your data, you can exercise all of them yourself, directly on the device (Settings › Apps › Bookroid › Storage › Clear data). Questions: info@cavi.world.
Transfers outside the EU
Nothing is transferred to us. As described in section 3, your own actions do cause the following traffic to Google, which Google handles as an independent controller under its own privacy policy:
- words you type into "Browser search" → Google Search
- in-app purchases → Google Play Billing
- your balance of purchased pages → Android Auto Backup (section 6)
Complaints
If you are in the EU or EEA you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Automated decision-making
Bookroid performs no automated decision-making, including profiling.
